Refund Policy

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with the items you received. However please make sure that any item you return is in an as-new condition.

Simply drop us an email before returning anything and we will try our best to comply with your request.

What is Allovely’s Return/Exchange Policy?

1. Returns must be received in a new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed. If not, we reserve the right to reject the refund/exchange.

2. Return shipping fees are at your own expense.

3. We do not accept returned packages if you have not notified us beforehand.

4. We do not accept packages that are returned using a COD service.

5. We do not accept returns of swimwear, lingerie or pierced earrings.

6. Do NOT return items to the address on the package as we will not receive it and will therefore be unable to issue a refund/exchange.

7.Please note that for reasons of hygiene, we do NOT accept swimwear, lingerie or pierced earring returns. 

How Do I Return Something for a Refund?

1. Submit a return request by sending us an email at

2. Our customer service will normally reply to you within one working day.

3. Please return the package through your local post office to avoid tax issues when it arrives in our country. 

4. Please send us the tracking number for your returned parcel. This is important. If we do not receive a tracking number, we will not issue a refund.

5. The refund will be released within 5 working days after we have received your package. 

How Do I Return Something for Exchange?

 1. Follow steps 1-4 as above  

 2. Your exchange will be processed once we have received your return info.

What if an item is missing from my package?

In certain cases we may have to split your order so that you can receive some items faster. Please contact us at if you are missing any items as they may have been sent in another parcel. 

If an item IS missing, we will either send it to you separately as quickly as possible, or if you prefer, refund you for that item.

What if my package was refused or undeliverable?

 1. Please confirm with our customer service team the shipping address you entered when ordering.

2. If you moved home after shipping, or the courier/mailman could not gain access to your address, and you wish us to resend a returned parcel, you agree to cover shipping costs.

3. If you refuse delivery and the parcel is returned to us, you will only be reimbursed with 50% of your payment. The parcel must have been received at our end before we will refund you.

4. We will resend the order or refund you only once the original order is returned to us.

5.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

 Cancellation Policy

1. All orders canceled within 12 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Refund requests will not be accepted if your order has been shipped.


We are not responsible for garments that do not fit, or that you do not like or have changed your mind about. You may return them but at your own cost.
